Working in education and organizational development for the past 20 years, Grace is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.

After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, Grace earned a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certificate from Columbia University and moved to Shanghai, China, to fulfill a dream of going to China to work in social and community development. There she worked as an English teacher for companies and migrant children before taking a role with INCLUDED, a nonprofit organization committed to serving migrant children and their families through social and educational programs. As the Shanghai City Lead for INCLUDED, she established their first branch office, developed the team, and built relationships with universities, local government, companies, and other nonprofits. In 2013, Grace relocated to the UK where she worked as the operations director of a tech startup developing their team, systems, and business.

She enjoys working with the KORE Venture team, coaches and partners in developing the program to help young inheritors understand and discover more of who they are, who they want to become and the positive impact they want to make. Grace also supports KV members in deploying Designing Your Life tools.

Grace resides in Boulder, CO with her husband and three young children. She enjoys reading, traveling, fitness, and building relationships with people.
