Ella Chase on Finding Confidence as a Young Inheritor
Among the challenges that come with being a young inheritor from a family of significant wealth is finding confidence in yourself and your gifts. Co-founder of Wellth Works, Ella Chase, shares her story of building confidence and how she and her organization seek to build up young women so that they can lead in their families with confidence.
Eleanor “Leah” Chase Hyland has an extensive background in sales, negotiation, and technology. Prior to co-creating Wellth Works, she was an enterprise crisis consultant, specializing in data protection and disaster recovery for both Fortune 500 and privately held companies. Her focus was business continuity and alignment of corporate business objectives to optimize organizational agility. Ella has served on multiple advisory boards, and previously worked for CenturyLink, VMware, and EMC, in both domestic and international capacities. Ella has proven sales results from every organization she has worked for, achieving top honors for her performance.
Ella graduated summa cum laude with dual bachelor’s degrees, her B.A. in Communication Studies and her B.S. in Human Services and American Sign Language from Northeastern University.
